Withstand Volatage & Insulation resistance Tester 8505 : With 8505, it is possible for withstand voltage test without applying unnecessary stress to the device under test. It is a high speed response type with the duration of test from 0.2s for withstand volatage test and from 0.2s for insulation resistance test. Insulation resistance test is available with a function that automatically discharges the electric charges to the device under test after end of the test.

■ A useful utility software for data storage is provided
