This method produces different judgments according to each individual inspector, and automation is not possible. With this unit, a highly sensitive acceleration-type detector is applied to the bearing area of a motor, to directly defect the acoustic vibration. The resultant measurement is not influenced by environmental noise, and an absolute and accurate measurement can be made. Automatic judgment of whether to reject or pass a motor is also possible by incorporating an optional comparator.

Function

♦ By using the USB communication function of MV-20D, the vibration waveform data can be output to an external host.

♦ By RS-232C control, measurement condition settings, comparator settings, and measured values can be obtained.

♦ With 5-step measurement range and 3-step frequency band filter, you can concentrate on listening to the sound source.  With the comparator function, you can judge OK/NG.

♦ Mute function allows adjustment of measurement timing.
