The main application for the Anritsu U-series probes is the accurate measurement of temperatures on surfaces that are in motion, such as in industrial processes.

Rotating Components: They are ideal for measuring the temperature of rollers, drums, and shafts. For example, they are used to measure the temperature of laminating rollers in manufacturing to improve yield.
