The Kanetec Powerful Table Type Demagnetizer KMD-K1 is a heavy-duty industrial demagnetizer designed to remove residual magnetism from large and difficult-to-demagnetize steel materials. It uses a powerful alternating magnetic field and is built for continuous use in demanding environments.

The Kanetec Powerful Table Type Demagnetizer KMD-K1 is used in industrial and manufacturing settings to remove residual magnetism (demagnetize) from metal workpieces, parts, and tools.

• Powerful Demagnetization: Features a large-size demagnetizing core that produces a strong magnetic field, making it effective for materials that are typically difficult to demagnetize (eg, high-speed steel, bearing steel, nickel-chrome steel, spring steel, die steel).
• Continuous Operation: Designed with excellent heat radiation properties, allowing it to withstand continuous power-on conditions without overheating (when the fan is running).
• Application Method: Workpieces are demagnetized by passing them over the demagnetizing surface at a constant speed. For thick workpieces, the front and back can be passed over the unit for enhanced results.
• Durability: Made with alloy steel and a robust industrial design.
