MALCOM RCX-O device This is an optional module for measuring oxygen concentration. Measurement range: 50 ~ 5,000 ppm or 1,000 ~ 10,000 ppm.
It is added to the main RCX-1 (or RCM-S) system. Therefore, the RCX-O itself is not a standalone system, and its accessories are integrated with the main system.
Accessories and components related to the use of the RCX-O module include:
Base Unit: An RCM-S or RCX-1 base unit is required for power supply and data storage.
O₂ Sensor: This is the main component of the RCX-O module for measuring oxygen concentration.
Heat-resistant case: Necessary to protect the entire system (main unit and RCX-O module) when passing through the reflow oven at high temperatures.

MALCOM RCX-O Check the oxygen concentration from the entrance to the exit of the reflow oven!
Accurately measure the oxygen concentration on the board! Visualize the entire furnace interior.
Measure the oxygen concentration in real time at the board placement position.
Compare with the oxygen concentration meter attached to the reflow equipment, allowing for more accurate status confirmation.

The MALCOM RCX-O is an optional add-on module, so it does not come as a standalone product with its own set of standard accessories. Instead, it relies on the accessories provided with the main RCM-S or RCX-1 base unit It connects to.

Main Memory Unit: An RCM-S unit serves as the “brain” and power supply for the RCX-O module.

Heat-resistant case: A standard heat-resistant case (approx. 65 x 245 x 25 mm according to semiki.com) is included with the main system to protect the memory unit during profiling. Note that using the RCX-O module might require a specific, potentially larger, heat-resistant case for the assembled unit.
Batteries: Power is supplied from the RCM-S unit, which uses either AAA batteries (x3) or a Ni-MH rechargeable battery pack.
USB Cable: For wired data transfer to a PC.
Thermocouple Wires: These K-type thermocouple wires are standard for the base unit's temperature measurement function, which typically runs concurrently with O₂ measurement.

System Program Software: Dedicated PC software (eg, TMR-1) is necessary for data analysis and displaying temperature and O₂ concentration profiles simultaneously.
