NIDEC FGP-50 It is a digital force measuring device (also known as a digital dynamometer). It is designed to measure both tensile force and compressive force.
Measuring range: 500N / 50 Kgf
Accuracy: ±0.2% RC (Rated Capacity) and ±1/2 digit.
Fast sampling rate: The high sampling rate (1000 times per second) allows for accurate measurement of peak values.
Versatile functionality: Capable of performing normal measurements, plus peak measurements, and minus peak measurements.
Connectivity: Equipped with a USB port, allowing easy transfer of measurement data to a computer for processing and analysis using specialized software (such as "Toriemon USB" for Excel).
Memory: Features built-in memory function, capable of storing up to 1000 sets of continuous measurement data.
Comparison function: Allows setting upper and lower limits to determine pass/fail for measured values.
This device is widely used in industrial applications for quality control, material strength measurement, peel force, tensile strength, etc.
