Force and mechanical measuring equipment
ASKER Micro MD-1 hardness tester High precision measurement of micro-sized specimens with simple operation. Hardness tester for thin and small specimens of various rubbers, thermoplastic elastomers, non-hardening plastics. Unlike conventional hardness testers, this one allows direct measurement of hardness of objects with higher reproducibility.

ASKER Micro durometer MD-1 capa High-precision measurement of micro-sized specimens with a simple operation.
A hardness tester for thin and small specimens of various rubbers, thermoplastic elastomers, nonrigid plastics. Unlike conventional durometers, it enables direct measurement of the hardness of objects with higher reproducibility.
About a minimum of 3 seconds for one automatic measurement cycle.
Capable of measuring the hardness of small rubber parts including those for automobiles, electronic circuits, office machines in the product shape instead of conventionally used test pieces. Selection of three modes, [PEAK HOLD], [TIMER HOLD], or [NORMAL] as standard.
The timer can be set by the second to a maximum of 15 seconds.
Connectable to PC via Ethernet or RS-232C interface.
Equipped with application software for measurement.
Realizes hardness measurement of the part itself
Compared to the IRHD micro method, the measurement time is extremely short, so it can dramatically reduce the time required when large-volume measurements are required, such as “micro hardness distribution measurement of product cross sections” performed for evaluating the deterioration of rubber parts .
In addition, by using the measurement application software, it is possible to analyze the creep characteristics of the sample by monitoring the hardness in real time every 0.1 seconds for up to 60 seconds from the start of the measurement of the sample.
It has been adopted by many domestic automobile parts manufacturers and office equipment manufacturers for new product development and quality control, and has a proven track record in various fields.
