EX-USB61mk2 là một bộ chuyển đổi giao thức (protocol emulator/adapter) do hãng RATOC Systems sản xuất, dùng để chuyển đổi bus SPI/I2C sang giao diện USB.
Mục đích sử dụng chính của thiết bị này là:
Phát triển phần mềm và phần cứng: Nó cho phép kỹ sư và nhà phát triển kết nối các thiết bị ngoại vi sử dụng chuẩn giao tiếp SPI hoặc I2C (ví dụ: cảm biến, bộ nhớ, v.v.) trực tiếp với máy tính (PC) thông qua cổng USB.
Kiểm tra và gỡ lỗi (debug): Giúp kiểm tra chức năng của các thiết bị trong giai đoạn phát triển ban đầu, thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu từ các cảm biến một cách dễ dàng trên máy tính trước khi tích hợp vào hệ thống vi điều khiển hoàn chỉnh.
Giả lập (emulate) thiết bị: Nó có thể hoạt động ở chế độ master hoặc slave, cho phép PC đóng vai trò là master để điều khiển thiết bị slave, hoặc đóng vai trò là slave để giả lập thiết bị cho vi điều khiển khác giao tiếp.
The REX-USB61mk2 is a protocol converter/adapter used to bridge the communication between a computer’s USB port and devices that use the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) or I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) communication protocol.

The REX-USB61mk2 is an adapter that converts the SPI/I2C bus used in sensors and memory devices to USB and connects to a PC. It can control SPI/I2C devices from a PC, supporting development by checking device operation at the early stages, acquiring and analyzing various sensor data, and implementing it on a microcontroller. Switching between SPI/I2C and master/slave modes is done using downloadable utilities or library functions.
