Máy dập AIDA Gap (Khung C) Dòng NC1-E là dòng máy dập cơ học được thiết kế cho dập kim loại đa năng, độ chính xác cao. Dòng máy này có công suất từ 35 đến 250 tấn.
Hỗ trợ lắp đặt và bảo dưỡng bởi các kỹ thuật viên SEMIKI được đào tạo tại nhà máy AIDA.
Kết cấu khung chữ C cứng cáp: Khung được thiết kế để giảm thiểu độ võng và độ giãn dài khung có thể xảy ra trong quá trình dập.
Bộ ly hợp và phanh kiểu ướt: Hệ thống này chạy trong dầu để tản nhiệt, mang lại tốc độ chu kỳ cao hơn và tuổi thọ dài hơn so với bộ ly hợp ma sát khí. Nó cũng đòi hỏi ít bảo trì hơn.

AIDA Gap (C Frame) Stamping Press NC1-E Series are available from 35 through 250 tons capacity. A compact rigid frame design minimizes the deflection rating and the low overall clearance minimizes reverse tonnage. The six-point slide guide system provides a long useful life. The wet-type clutch and brake provide higher intermittent rates and long life – important factors for hand-fed and top-stop applications.
An AC Variable frequency drive allows for wider speed ranges. The quill mounted flywheel results in a larger bearing surface. The front to back mounted forged steel crankshaft along with hardened and precision ground gears are well suited for high stress blanking applications. Micro-Inching provides die setting at very low speeds.

6-Point Slide Guide System
Simple, Yet Effective Slide Guide System for Stamping Presses
Extra-long gibs with extensions on the slide minimize “tipping” of the slide within the guides and provide superior off-center guiding vs. industry standard
High Single Cycle Rates, Low Maintenance
High performance torque transmission system for mechanical press drives. Very little heat generation and component wear so performance does not deteriorate over time.
Capacity Range
Press capacities range from 350 kN to 2500 kN.
The highly rigid frame construction minimizes frame elongation and deflection that occurs during stamping.
AIDA’s Hydraulic Overload Protector (HOLP) activates instantaneously, protecting press and tooling, and it resets automatically.
To further improve safety and operability, the press operation circuit uses a multiprocessing press controller (MPC) unique to AIDA, and includes a large touch screen interface.
