Máy Fuji Impulse V-460-10D là máy hàn miệng túi hút chân không để bàn của Nhật Bản, nổi bật với phương pháp gia nhiệt hai mặt (double-side heating type) giúp hàn kín các loại túi dày hơn một cách hiệu quả.
Điều khiển nhiệt độ ONPUL: Máy được trang bị hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ gia nhiệt tiên tiến, cho phép người dùng cài đặt và duy trì nhiệt độ hàn lý tưởng, đảm bảo chất lượng mối hàn đồng nhất.

The Fuji Impulse V-460-10D is a tabletop vacuum sealer (degassing sealer) used for packaging items in an airtight, oxygen-free environment to ensure freshness and prevent damage. The “D” in the model name indicates it uses a double-sided heating method, allowing it to seal thicker or laminated packaging materials more effectively than single-sided models.

Applications

Oxidation and Moisture Protection: The vacuum sealing process protects items from moisture, dust, and oxidation. This makes it ideal for packaging:

Functions

Vacuum Sealing: The machine uses a nozzle to suck air out of the bag until a set vacuum level (up to -87.0 kPa) or time is reached, and then immediately seals it.
Airtight Sealing: It creates a wide 10 mm (about 0.4 inches) and long 460 mm (about 18 inches) seal, which is robust and reliable, especially for the thicker materials compatible with the double-sided heating.
Temperature Control: The built-in ONPUL heating temperature control system ensures an optimal seal by allowing users to set and maintain the ideal heating temperature for various film types, up to a total thickness of 0.4 mm.
Operational Flexibility: The control unit provides multiple operating methods, including “seal only” and various “vacuum seal” modes.
