RIKEN KEIKI CO., LTD. was founded in 1939 in Japan, has been a gas detection specialist for over 85 years. The “RIKEN Gas Detector” using the principle of light wave interference was exhibited at the Paris World Exhibition in 1937. Its subsequent use contributed greatly to the prevention of accidents in coal mines, where many deaths occurred at that time.
