The super fast needle probe (TC type T) with heat resistant cable is ideal for monitoring cooking temperatures in ovens.
Easy and fast monitoring of cooking times in the oven: when using the Testo 0628 0030 temperature probe in combination with a compatible measuring device. This food thermometer is particularly thin – it is virtually damage-resistant and leaves no microscopic puncture marks after measurement (e.g. meat). The heat-resistant cable of the 0628 0030 probe can be passed through the oven door or cooking pot without melting.
