The HI12963 is a titanium body, gel electrolyte, single junction pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor and quick connect DIN connector. This type of connector is compatible with specific meters such as the HI98190 and HI991001.

HI12963 uses standard glass, spherical sensing bulb, stainless steel body, cloth junction and gel electrolyte
Standard glass
A standard pH electrode using standard glass (GP) has an impedance of approximately 100 megaohms at 25°C and is suitable for use with samples measured at ambient temperatures from 0 to 80oC
Spherical electrode head
Spherical sensor bulbs for general purpose use. Other tip shapes such as conical for penetration and flat tip for surface measurements.
Titanium body
Close Titanium increases resistance to static electricity and magnetic fields. It also helps to resist strong corrosion, even in seawater.
Fabric splice
This type of junction is commonly used on electrodes with gel electrolytes. The advantage of this junction is that it is renewable; when the fabric junction is pulled out of its place, it is renewed to avoid contamination.
The HI12963 uses a quick connect DIN connector that makes attaching and removing the probe simple and easy. The connector is compatible with meters that have a DIN port.
