The HI764080A/P are dissolved oxygen membrane caps designed specifically for the probe and galvanic sensor of Hanna's portable dissolved oxygen meters. The cap is made of ABS plastic with a PTFE membrane. The membrane cap is designed to be easily filled with electrolyte solution and installed onto the probe. The membrane cap separates the cathode and anode of the probe from the water being measured. Oxygen diffuses through the membrane and interacts with the polarographic systems to produce a current that measures oxygen concentration. Each cap is designed to be easily filled with HI7041 electrolyte solution and screwed onto the probe.
