Error-proof counter (Pokayoke) controls CNA-4mk3 Quantity Checker
Quantity checker to prevent missed tightening.
Can be connected to LS torque wrench (Limit Switch) for quantity management.
Up to four LS torque wrenches can be connected and each wrench can be set with a different number of bolts to tighten. So up to four operators can perform tightening tasks at the same time.
From one unit, it is possible to set the quantity of four different types of bolts to be tightened.
The number of bolts can be set from 0-99 for each torque wrench and count down when receiving a signal.
OK/NG judgment signal can be transmitted to external device via relay output.
Connected to the LS type torque wrench (sold separately), the CNA4-mk3 establishes an error-proof system.
